​This advanced clinical training gives clinicians a detailed overview of the ASSI, attachment research, and the neurobiology of survival and trauma. It covers the four primary relational survival responses and the five subcategories. Relational survival responses are rooted in attachment trauma, and the training will provide a solid foundation for connecting attachment styles and meanings to survival responses in clients' relationship systems. 

 

Training Objectives

At the completion of this training, clinicians will:

 

• Know how to use ASSI with individuals and couples

• Know how to code data gathered with the ASSI instrument

• Know how to connect attachment styles to the four relational survival responses

• Have access to the ASSI digital platform and ASSI training videos for clients

Prerequisite:  Master's degree in the mental health field and professional membership with a clinical licensing body.

Cancellation Policy:

Three weeks and more (advance notice): A full refund will be issued minus $100 administrative costs.
Between 21-8 days' notice: 25 percent of the total fee will be refunded.
Less than one week's notice: We cannot offer a refund when cancelled within one week of the workshop date due to fixed costs and contractual obligations. When you enroll, it is with the understanding that you will attend.
